Ever notice what you don't notice until you buy a 4Runner?

I live in SC and I noticed the same thing. Didnt really pay attention until I bought my 3rd gen. Now I literally see them every day. I have a 20 minute commute home from work and i never see less than 5 3rd gens everyday on my trip home..... its crazy.

One thing I noticed after I bought mine is how well the paint holds up on these trucks. Even 20 YO daily beater trucks have pretty good paint.

Certain colors seem to get sunburn after a while (red) but for the most part whatever paint they used was a step above whatever they used to paint American stuff at the time.

Gas prices are so cheap that SUV and truck sales have gone through the roof. Hence, why we see more and more 4runners [emoji106]

I keep saying this, but we need our own gang sign, I mean T4R sign. that we wave to each other I was putting 4 fingers up . but yeah, I See them everywhere. Except I am driving subaru, (my parents have the 4runners)

Just noticed today that you can set the sound for each input on the dash unit....

Set bass and treble one way for the CD, different for the XM, and for the iPod...

I like this.

For me it always seems like I see lots of 4Runners, when I'm not driving my 4Runner. Drove the Tundra today to take out trash and literally saw about 30 4Runners. When I drive mine I might see a couple.

I see quite a few 4 Runners here in Dallas also, but if you want common start counting how many F150's are on the road. One thing I don't see is 2 when drive 4 Runners. In fact I don't think I've ever seen one. Huh?

Alot of us own acreage, so we get the 4Runners into their elements on the weekends.

In New Mexico I see 20 to 30 a day (all gens), but what I didn't notice until I bought the 4runner is how picked clean they are in the junk yards!
