Rola Rack with Gobi ladder?

Sorry to revive this thread, but I have a Rola rack with the extension and lowprofile mount. I really like the look of the rack as far to the rear as possible. I was wanting to get a Gobi ladder and was wondering how much clearance I would need for the tailgate to lift up. Does anybody have that current setup? (Rola extension with gobi ladder).
