Is this the correct size 3/8" Inner Diameter x 1/2" Outer Diameter?

I did similar on my 4th gen as it drains right on top of PS frame rail and mine has a large rotted hole on bottom of frame where the drips would collect and drip on ground, about 13 years of that did some damage. See my garage.

Looked for OP’s post for exactly this reason. I thought it wouldn’t be that big of a deal as long as I treated my frame once a year so I went without doing this mod as soon as I bought the car 2 years ago. Found a nice big crevasse on the bottom of my frame rail right above the drain while I was inspecting the undercarriage halfway through my oil change last night.
