Feedback through the 12v

I'm getting feedback through my 12v plug. I'm using a Belkin dual USB charger for my blackberry and iPod. When I plug the iPod in I get feedback through the speakers. I have tried two different chargers and still get the same thing.

I have plugged both of them into my other car and I don't seem to have a problem.

Any ideas? I have scheduled a service appointment for next Monday to have Toyota check it out.

So the whine has been reduced. Toyota installed the TSB parts. Now while using the 12v plug with my Belkin dual usb charger it keeps blowing the fuse.

Any ideas on what could be the problem? I have an appoitnment with Toyota but they keep blaming the chargers for the problem. I have tried a total of 3 different brands and types of chargers.
