Feel like a noob

Ok so i feel like a noob, does anyone know what the green "F" shaped vacuum thing is on the sensor block on the back of the motor on the 3VZE? Both of mine are broken, thank's.

Sounds like a vacuum switching valve, do you still have an EGR on there?

One of the vacuum line's are broken off on both of my truck's both going to the EVAP tank.
