Fender Lining Mod Trail - Quick question

I see the 2 screws located under the front bumper, I will relocate these holes and push forward. My question is will i have to unscrew and relocate the fender liner from the fender flare? inside the wheel well also? or just the 2 below the bumper?

Put on a SW front bumper and the liner mod becomes moot. arty:

Depending on how far you have to move the inner fender, you might get away with just loosening the screw, pushing in the inner fender then re- tightening. Mine moved about 1/4 of an inch that way, which is all that was needed. Be Safe.
