Question: For the really bad inside rust around the wheel well, did you buy a generic mold or did you get a special one from somewhere?

Mountain..... the wheel wells were in pretty good shape. All I had to do was weld in some patches.

Heres the same area after welding/ painting with KBS rust seal ........

hopefully the rust won't come back for a while....

Yes, great post but would love to see some pics of the truck after the fiberglass panels have been painted. Considering a fiberglass replacement for my 1987's tailgate.
