I've had a white 2wd 1996 4Runner since my junior year of high school and ever since I saw my first Trail Edition on this site I had to have one. All I could do was drool over them and build them on toyota's website over and over again. I even had to put in a fake zip code on toyota's website because prior to 2014 they would not even sell 4runner trail editons in the gulf states and it was the only way to build them on the website. Well five years later it finally happened. I talked to a salesman asking them if they found any on auction or in the area used to let me know because I was in the market for one. Well he asked around and found out that they had one actually on order so I signed the promisory noted and claimed it before I ever had even seen it. The Saturday before Thanksgiving I went and picked it up and just haven't posted anything about it since I've been in the middle of finals. I am absolutely in awe and could not imagine ever driving anything else (at this point). Here are a couple of picks I snapped with my phone and hopefully I'll be able to get some on with a decent camera soon. Excuse my finger in one of the pictures.... And that's my old white 4runner next to it. :banana:
