How’d the 4Runner do with the new front locker addition?! Any input on how the new tire setup does in the snow? Looks deep! That’s Toyota power pulling the Burban out

The truck cracks me up now, it looks so sleeper and just absolutely eats dude. Only got stuck once and that was trying to pull someone out and everyone else got stuck probably 3-4 times. The front locker is sooooo fun in the snow, thing is almost a snowcat at this point. (I want tracks for it bad).

I would definitely be down! I already have your Rear LCA kit, and will be getting your panhard correction kit once I finally get lifted.

I am also looking at those Shock Tower Plates. They seem pretty easy to install.

My buddy Bobby has a 5th gen that needs your Rear Panhard Correction Kit, we can certainly document that installation for you!

I like the fresh wheels and tires too. They look like they did alright in the snow. Are you running spacers for the wheels or are you just running the wheel by itself?

Yea, if I'm going with buddies I just don't bring a spare as most everyone runs 35's. But other times I put it in the back yea.

They rocked in the snow, super pumped on the Kenda's so far. I am not running spacers no, just the wheels.

Now that you've had some time with the new tires, do you think stock gears with these skinny 35's is manageable or do you wish you would have gone a size down? Asking from a power/performance/crawling perspective.

I ran much heavier and wider 315x75r16 Treadwrights on stock gears. It was manageable, but now being on 5.29 gears I couldn't imagine going back. Regearing is 100% worth it with bigger tires. It's the most noticeable out on the trail, the truck crawls so much better and it is way easier to not hop and spin tires. It will conserve parts on the truck a lot more and is much easier to manage.

Fixed some steering rack mount issues I have had for a while. The middle bolt has been unable to thread into the nut and I have been lazy about fixing it. I finally got to it and found the bolt was seized to the sleeve.

To solve this I ended up cutting off the mount entirely and rebuilding it all. Here is how that happened.

I also picked up a 1st Gen Magnuson Supercharger and 7th injector kit. Waiting on the last few parts to make it in before I get it all installed!

The supercharger sadly has not made it in yet. I am waiting on a new Dynamic Tensioner from URD as well as fixing a crack in the supercharger manifold.

I did however replace my timing belt and water pump, new hiflow fuel pump from URD, got the spark plugs in, trimmed the timing cover and did a few other odds and ends.

I also fixed a rust spot on my driver floorboard from a leak I used to have.

I installed a new radio, a Yeasu FT2900. This thing is a beast compared to the old radios I have run. This will be perfect for at races, doing chase support, pre-running, etc.

Lastly on the new things docket. A 3rd Brake chase light for my S2's I used to run on my rack. I have seen these a couple of times and I thought it was really clean looking so I pulled the trigger on one. I do plan to do something different for brake light so that will come soon. This is from SRQ Fabrications.

It's pretty good honestly, 65-70 is the mid-2000s, 80 and up is where you get into the 3's but it doesn't mind it at all. I've cruised 80 for 3-4 hours and still got around 17mpg.

A few small things to do for the 4runner, the supercharger is still not in the truck, but its welded and fixed just looking for time to put it in now.
