Flowmaster size help

Hey guys i am getting a flowmaster super 44 series and i cant figure out the inlet and outlet sizes to order, i really need help guys! i have a 96 limited.

Inlet: 2.25
Outlet: 2.5

Or

2.5 on both in and out.
Check out my build for my flowmaster. I had both a 44 and 10 series.
