Fog light mod- without headlights being on?

I have done some searching and couldnt find anything, maybe I'm just searching for the wrong keywords idk. I'm just wondering if anyone knows of a mod to run a separate switch to the existing fog lights (2001 limited) and be able to turn them on without having the headlights on.
