fog light trouble

99 limited with factory fog lights. drivers side fog light is real dim just happened yesterday. passenger side is bright as usual. i replaced the bulb today with a brand new one. still dull. im so frustrated. what can it be? someone please help. thanks.

Either it is electrical, the lens or misaimed.

I would pull the bulb and check the lens. Are you getting good connection with the white wire. It can be a PITA to insert in the female connector with the boot.

Are the lights aimed correctly? There is a sticky on aiming the lights. Makes a big difference if they are out of proper alignment.

I'd also do a voltage check at the socket on each side for comparison.
