I like the PIAA 520 series but they are a bit pricey.

I have a set of Rigid Industries Dually II's, very happy with them..Excellent light output, small non flashy appearance/profile, matches same color has HID headlights. just my .02

I've posted on this before, but if you are looking for fog lights for FOG, you do not want LED (unless in a projector). You'll get too much glare.

If you're looking for just a good fog light to use on-road, a nice Hella or PIAA set up will work out great. For ease of mounting, a rectangular shape would mount easily in the valance.

Both of these are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for in excellent light out put and build quality.
Now if you're looking for something astronomically cheaper and I would say temporary, Harbor Freight has all your needs. LOL
Amber Lens Halogen Lights
I ran these on my 94 Rodeo as back up lights (they offer a clear "driving" light for the same price). I had a buddy pick up the amber fogs and run them in his Grand Cherokee. Average beam and quality. they eventually leaked and he bought new ones and ran some silicone around the housing to solve the issue.
I would go for a quality brand if you really want some good output and longevity, but nothings wrong with running the Harbor Freight cheapies just to get some extra light until you can afford a major upgrade.

I believe this isn't entirely true, I have mine aimed low and out, my coverage is great in fog/dust with minimal glare. My background comes from racing baja where lighting is key especially in lowlight/dusty situations. Not to mention living by the coast when the marine layer rolls in, I use my yellow lense covers. Aiming the lights is key.
