Freeman in Hurst (Dallas/Fort Worth)

I rarely look at this forum, but thought I'd drop a mention for Freeman in Hurst.

I bought a 2017 Limited from them last year after shopping at several other Toyota dealerships much much closer to where I live (Lewisville/Grapevine areas).

I dealt directly with the sales manager, BJ.

I told him what I wanted, he wrote a number down on the back of a business card and told me to call him back when I was ready to buy. That was it, no constant follow up calls, no "start with a ridiculous price and then go talk to the sales manager and come down a little, then repeat"...you know the routine. He stuck by that initial number and wouldn't come off of it...but...it was already what I considered to be a really good deal.

Based on my past experiences shopping/buying new cars, they have a repeat customer right here.

Idk about hurst but I will never take my toyota or buy from a dallas dealer, they are a bunch of swindling liars so much so that I drove 3 hours away to buy my 4runner.

I had a similar experience at Freeman. My wife and I looked at a limited 4Runner there. The salesman brought the vehicle around, let us (and our kids) crawl through it, and took it away after. Gave me his card, told him to call whenever I wanted. I was never bothered again!

Honestly, I would have bought there on service alone if it wasn't for the heavily discounted demo unit I found in Houston...

Freeman Toyota

Just bought a 18 T4R there this past weekend. Dealt with the Internet Sales Manager. Nice guy, fair price and all of the people there very nice and helpful. A great experience for buying a car from a dealership.

I just moved from Dallas to Hurst and this is closest dealer to me so I'm interested in seeing the feedback about them.

That said, I'm still more likely to use an independent shop like TLS in Euless for service or Tandem Offroad in Halthom City for mods.

I’m over on the Dallas side of DFW, but curious to hear how the service department is at Freeman. I just bought an 18 Limited, so looking forward to finding out who to work with and who to avoid.
