front drivers side turn signal

I have a shrockworks bumper and the driver side front turn signal has gone out atleast 4 times in the last 12 months. No outage on the passenger front or either rear turn signals. I put dielectric grease on the bottom and used gloves to make sure no oil was on the lense.

So for that bumper you have to cut the stock turn signals. On the drivers side i connected the black/white lead to the black lead on the light and the yellow lead to the grey lead on the bulb

on the passenger side i connected the black/while lead to the black lead on the light and on the passenger side had a blue wire instead of a yellow wire and connected it to the grey wire.

any thoughts?

did i switch the wires when i originally installed it over 2 years ago?

harper7 im in mansfield are you in town this wknd?

I don't have a solution, but I will add that my front driver side turn signal has gone out once too, and it's very "sensitive", meaning it will not turn on every so often because it was in an awkward position? I normally have to move the wire a little and then it turns on. Now the passenger side is doing the same thing. I ended up using electrical tape to keep it in a position it likes to stay on. I thought it was a loose connection, but with your incident, maybe it's something else?
