Front License Plate Holder?

Hey guys, i couldnt find a thread thru searching about the front license plate holders. I just got my '08 4 runner, and live in MD so we are required to have a plate affixed to the front and back of the car. My 4 runner didnt come with the plate, and the dealer said they dont have any at all as in not offered?

What solutions have you guys found? And to get even more specific, i want to find something that i can easily swap out plates for Surf fishing in the summer.

We had to drill the new license plate to just get it to fit the standard holes provided, and it looks like crap, and im guessing will damage the front. Any yes, im doing all of this for the 4 runner i wanted, then my wife stole it from me. And is *****ing unmercilessly that i get the plates on. :bash:

The are mounts already in the bumper's facia. That's where the tag screws in.

This TSB is for 03-06, but I doubt it has changed.

Oddly enough the bumper facia is 8.5 inches wide where as the MD license plate is punched with holes at about 7.5" I thought it may have been just bad hole punch, but my other vehicles plates have the same measurements
