Front pillar tweeters - 2001

Has anyone tried replacing/upgrading the tweeters that are built into the pillars that run up the sides of the windshield? Any suggested upgrades?

Do you mean the ones built into the doors that are in front of the mirror mounts?

same question. would like to keep it looking stock, lets see if the parts diagram tells us anything...nothing there. I'd guess its a 1" dome tweeter, guess we'll have to take it apart to find out...more to come...

I wonder which ones... I have an 02 Sport, I've read they were suppose to come with a premium sound system, although I didn't know what its suppose to be like. I guess mine doesn't...

Did it. Preserved 100% stock look and I now have Kappa tweeters and woofers. Details and pics on page one of my build.
