I wanna start by saying that posting this thread at all is bumming me out. I love this car and really hate to see it leave.
This car has served me incredibly well but I've bought a new car and, unfortunately, must part with it.
This 2000 4Runner has multi mode 4WD, a factory rear e-locker, and almost every option available on this car. It's got just over 172,000 miles on the clock. My uncle was the original owner and he took care of it like his own child. I have all maintenance records from when it was brand new until now. Regular oil changes every ~3000 miles and other fluids changed regularly. I've also put about $3000 into upgrades to make this car offroad capable. It may not be the prettiest 4Runner on the market, but it will get you where you need to go. You won't need to worry about messing up the paint when you hit the trails in this beauty. The AC blows COLD and the automatic climate control works well (see below).
Options:
Rear Differential Lock
Power Tilt/Slide Sunroof
Towing Receiver Hitch
Roof Rack
Rear Heater
Sunroof Wind Deflector
Rear Wind Deflector
Upgrades:
Bilstein 5100 struts w/ TRD Tundra coils in front yielding about 2.5" of lift
Bilstein 5125 long-travel shocks w/ OME 890 coils in back yielding about 3" of lift
231mm Tundra brakes (calipers and pads)
285/75/16 Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac All-Terrain tires
Cobra 19 DX IV w/ PA Horn
Pioneer DEH-X6500BT
JL Audio 250W AMP w/ JL Audio 12" Subwoofer & Volume Knob
Magnaflow 18" w/ custom catback exhaust
Budbuilt 3/16" laser cut steel front and belly skid plates
Problems:
Minor rattle coming from the muffler; doesn't affect exhaust sound
AC control unit is spotty - AC system still works flawlessly
Minor damage to front and rear bumpers (mostly trail damage, one small fender bender in back
I put on some of the upgrades myself, but I have records for ones I didn't do.
I'm taking offers so feel free to text me at 818-422-8819.
If you would like any other pictures, let me know.
