I don't keep cars very long and I'm looking to get rid of my 2015 Trail Edition 4Runner. Not in a rush to get rid of it, just looking to potentially get back in to a truck. Bought this truck new with a sticker around $38,500 plus tax title etc. Then I added the parts relatively quick.

Toytec 3" Lift w/Bilstein 5100 rear shocks installed around 5k miles
Nerf Bar Steps installed around 1k miles
XD Addicts installed around 1k miles

Will come with all stock parts including wheels and tires taken off at <1K miles. Also will include stock rigid running boards

Haha most of my previous cars have been black. Just tossing around the idea of a Gwagon or an LR4

I agree that black vehicles are a PITA to take care off, but this is still a great looking truck.

I have driven quite a few G's overseas, and love them. However, here in the states they definitely have a bit of a stigma associated with them and their drivers. Coincidentally, I have a friend that bought a LR4 last year and is now trading it in for a LC or a Trail mostly due to reliability and repair costs. YMMV.

Yeah I'm sure there is a stigma. But I'm not too worried about that. And I have heard about reliability issues with land rover

I'm just slowing getting into Toyota's from the Land Rover world...LR4's are the most reliable vehicle Land Rover ever made and my sister's has covered 60K with zero issues and is a FANTASTIC ride...just my 2c

I actually really like the LR4s: Extremely capable off and on the roads with a fantastic interior (minus the multifunction touch screen). However my personal and second-hand experience with their reliability is less than brilliant. I will say that Tata is pouring quite a bit of money into Land Rover (and Jaguar) so hopefully the reliability will continue to increase.

if a person needs more luxury in an off road vehicle than the new 4runners offer, then that person should probably stay home.

You know that there is other reasons for off road vehicles than ripping around local trails etc.

Overland? Camping? If you can afford it why not?

haha yeah i know. i'm more about overland and camping myself. but a white leather dashboard doesn't seem like a good fit for either of those things.

came across this just now. and i've decided that i would take it camping. not sure i would let my dogs in it though.

Yes I do, however not on my work computer(which is the one I made the post on) I will update as soon as possible with some normal pictures and make the post more in depth.

This is more of a "everythings for sale" post but I should definitely make it more potential buyer friendly as I will definitely let go of it for the the right price.
