FS 3rd Gen 2000 SR5 Sport Black North NJ Price Dropped $5K OBO

Never thought I'd see the day I sell my trusty runner, but here goes.

FS 2000 4Runner. Black exterior with grey cloth interior. Auto. 201,400 miles. Trans was just rebuilt on 7/21 at Dave's Transmission in Jersey City. Also had him add a trans cooler.

Has a 3" OME lift/leveling kit on it with ProComp alloy wheels and 265 Cooper Discoverer A/Ts with easily 75% life on them. Tow hitch.

AC is ice cold. The only thing that doesn't work on her is the backlight for the stereo. Some road rash on the pasenger side quarter pannel where a piece of road scrap hit.

I have the stock running boards as well as brand new, still in wrapper Nerf tube running boards that I never installed. Also have the stock rims that i'll throw in.

It turns out my 4Runner was in an accident in 2003. It hit a lightpost. Not sure if the airbag was deployed. Should have checked the carfax when I bought it, I guess. It hasn't effected the vehicle's performance since I have owned it.

Still wanted to fully disclose it. Apologies for not knowing and mentioning that beforehand.

Props to the OP for disclosing the Carfax info once it was brought to his attention. And props to Morgre for not putting it out on blast on this thread.

Looks like a good rig overall. Accidents happen but doesn't mean the rig is somehow "damaged goods" but price should definitely be adjusted accordingly (as it sounds like you are already).

Hi Matt,

Unfortunately I don't have much info about the accident, only what is on the carfax report. It states that the accident happened on 2/26/03 in NJ. It was a front impact with a light pole that damaged the front area and the truck was towed away. My guess, being it was February in the northeast, is that the driver was over confident in their 4wd and slid on ice and hit the light post.

That happened somewhere around 50k miles. I'm at 201k now and have had no issues other than the trans that just got rebuilt.

I was trying to change the title to say $5k OBO. I have a buddy that lives in Alexandria so I could prob meet you down there.

I will take more pics and upload them this weekend.
