So I ordered a Whitson Rack and it unfortunately got damaged somewhere in transit and by the time I realized it, it had already been powdercoated and too late to make a claim against the carrier. Josh was kind enough to make me a new rack, but I would love to find a new home for this one and recoup some of my costs for having to powdercoat and pay shipping twice.
Here's some overall pics. Looks great and you can't really see the issues til you get close...
The issues:
1. Two of the feet don’t align properly with the holes in the roof. I was able to get 5 out of 8 bolts in total. I have attached photos of each foot so you can see how far off they are. One is about 1/4" off and I cant get any bolts in. Its possible that with a large clamp or come along you could move the brackets enough to line up with holes and/or take a grinder to enlargen the slots. The other way is maybe heat and a big ass sledge hammer.
2. The front driver side tube is bent slightly down. Photos below. It isn’t terribly noticeable, but obviously not perfect.
3. The top of the front tube has a small dent. Not visible from the ground and probably not an issue for most people.
With the right tools and skills, I think someone could fix at least the first issue and have a sweet rack for cheap.
Like I said, I just want to recoup some of my extra costs and find a new home for this awesome, sturdy rack. Looking to get $275/obo out of this. Possibly open to trade for 4R parts: aftermarket rear LCA, UCA, panhard bar, diff skid, lca skid, shin guards, cargo drawers, CV axle
Located in Telluride, CO but I’m in Denver and Moab occasionally and possibly could deliver. Also driving up through SLC, Idaho and Montana in late June. Cheers!

It would probably be at least $200 for me to ship. It was like $160 to ship from FL to CO and that was probably because Whitson ships so many and gets a discount. If you're willing to pay that much, I can look into it.
