1. Did you have any dings in the runner? Only asking because I am wondering if those dings still came through, and/or did it make the applying process any harder?
No it's not any harder, the dip adheres to the body like spray paint. I had a crease in my door and one on my passenger quarter panel from being pinned in between two trees, you can barely see that there is a crease after the dip.

2. Did you sand your car with all those scratches, or just let it go?
No sanding, those scratches were very light (surprisingly after the amount of brush I went through), after a coat of simple green, they disappeared. Scratches that go all the way through the dig can be fixed by using a paint thinner and respraying those areas.
3. How is it holding up. I've plastidipped my wheels and it held up for about 3 years under some brutal conditions. I just recently redid them and looking as clean as ever!
It's still holding up great! People are very surprised by it. Here in Missouri our trails are very tight and very woody. I thought it was going to look like a zebra the first time out, but it's holding up very well against the abuse.
4. Would you do anything differently in applying the dip?
The only thing I would do differently is the window trim. I would mask the doors (run plastic wrapping on the inside). So dip the door, and while thats still wet, dip above the door where the trim is and even the door jams. That was my biggest problem, where the trim meets the doors, came out really crappy, so I went back in with a can and did the jams, the color is a little off but whatever lol.
