Gauge bulb color

Right now I have white LEDS. Iver had them for about year, they are ok, but at night with my 20% tint they are alittle rough on the eyes.

Im thinking of going with a amber color.


Heres my now pic. id also try to fix the hot spot problem this time around .

I always like dashes that have red leds. They would prob be easier on the eyes.
I think sn0wrunner wrote a good write-up on changing those things out.

i vote Ultra Violet! nobody has done that one yet!! i think that will really mess with your eyes

I really like the amber, dont really know why. Just looks cool to me. I think you would probably be happy with that decision. With a little Red being a close second in my head to compliment the amber.

However, I really want to match my deck. Which has a lot of purple in it. So, I want to go all purple but haven't found any way to go all LED and do that. Other then the UV bulbs TRD just mentioned, and Im not so sure about those. I may have to guinea up and just buy a few and try it out.

Red or amber, maintains your eyes night sight. I made mine green just to try it, but I'll switch to red/amber. I prefer the amber of my car.
