Haha I don't think so, they look great Brian, I don't think you will have any problem moving these. The last set I sold for my tacoma I got $650 the same day. :thumb:

I would estimate at least $650 + 2.9% paypal fees (unless you pay with a check or local $$$) + shipping.

I would accept a check (from members with over 250 post count) but shipping would be delayed 2-3 weeks while the check clears.

They will likely be a bit more for the ones with the halo.

I previously sold a set for this much so for the moment I think the pricing is fair.

You could offer a better price by having people use the "Friends & Family" option in Paypal to send money. There will be NO FEE for you.

Also, have you thought about doing datime running light tube leds? Like the new dodge charger? Might be easy when you are in there...

Thanks but I don't want to use the friends and family money transfer because the seller and buyer wouldn't have Paypal protection. The $20 fee should not be a big deal. It makes the final price $670 + shipping.

* Painted Gloss Graphite shrouds and housings
* TRS Morimoto D2S Mini v3 projectors with clear lens
* 35W Morimoto Ballasts
* 5500K Morimoto D2S Bulbs
* New TYC housings with a couple of personal upgrades to make them last
* No halo lens but it is easy for you to add one. The shroud is 3M taped on vs. JB-Weld.

The lights were shipped to NM for ~ $45.

The next set will have the same specs plus 110mm XB Halos and the panorama shroud, painted to match the housing of course.

The cost of the next (and likely last) set will be $700 due to the extra halo cost in parts.

BTW Brian, which corner / side marker assembly or lens housing do you typically match with your custom set?
I'm looking to replace the entire front set of lights, including the lower turn signals, and potentially the fogs.

Any recommendations on what to do for that whole front end swap?

Brian how do I order or get a setup like the one currently on your 4Runner

My truck's setup is a Apollo 2 shroud with a 100mm amber Morimoto XB Halo but they stopped making the XB halo and you can only get them on close out and only in white.

This is because they stopped making all of XB line of halos because of circuitry issues and crappy weather seals in the triggering circuit. This has never been an issue for me and I have no qualms with the closeout XB line. But unfortunately they are sold out of 100,110 and 120 mm in Amber.

The only Amber Halos that size are the Switchback Halos called XSB. Those are the ones that are white FULL TIME but will temporarily switch yellow when you are changing lanes. I don't really like these at all but I understand the appeal for some.

What I'd really like to do is get a panorama shroud with a new set of 110 + 120mm full time Amber XA halos. But unfortunately the new Morimotor XA (newly released) don't go up to 100+ sizes yet in either Amber or White.

Final verdict
I spoke with TRS on the phone and they say that in the next 1-2 months their current line of SwitchBack XSB Halos will be able to run 100% of the time in Amber. So at least it is coming soon.

About the shrouds. [MENTION=69310]zacattack20[/MENTION] - I see what you mean. I also pulled these pics from another thread.

I don't know why the guy mentioned taping off the plastic. There are two screws and the clear plastic comes out.

Yes these will need cutting, probably about 3/4" from the rear. I don't think it will be hard for anyone with a steady hand, some tape and a dremmel tool. Also even if your cutting only looks 90% clean no one can tell since the line will be at the back of the housing anyway.
