good deal? any black friday deals out there?

So I have put a deposit on a 2014 sr5 premium (upgrade in Canada) as it's a demo with 800 km on it. $5000 off MSRP - I think that is a great deal. My only question is if I may regret not getting a limited but there are no 2014's left here and no deals on 2015's Basically I feel this is a good enough deal for me not to spend the extra $ on the limited and just enjoy this and get some TRD pro wheels etc and do it up that way.

Any thoughts? Any deals in the U.S. this week?

Really can't answer that for you. If you have not driven a limited you need to do so before deciding. It drives differently than an SR5. It has different suspension and is all-wheel drive vs. 4WD. These two things make a different driving truck.

$5K of MSRP sounds ok. It's really no different than a used one with a warranty. Get the dealer invoice for that vehicle off the web. I would negotiate hard below invoice for a 2014 and even harder for a demo. I'd be looking to get a couple of percent below invoice for a 2014. Lower for a demo.

Check used prices in your area. It's going to largely be driven by demand. Dealers where I live generally won't get close to invoice because they don't have to.
