Hi, I finally found the the truck I want. I've already put $ 500 bucks down to keep the truck on hold until Monday. $28,635 OTD.
Below is the detail description:

2005 Sport Edition 2WD V6 MSRP: $31,929

Option: Power Moonroof
Double Deck Cargo System
JBL W/ 10 Spearkers
Floor Mats and Trunk Mat.

Is it a good deal?

They also offered me the SPORT V8 2WD With only Toyo Guard and Floor Mat for $ 28,950 OTD.

TAKE it! Buy this vehicle for the price you have stated as the OTD price. Then have fun driving and come here to tell other members about it.

Take the 2WD V6 Sport. It is definitely an excellent deal! Glad you were able to find another truck after the one you were interested in was sold.

Thanks again guys. I've already got the nail on this deal, it's not as great as the first deal, but I think it's a resonable price. Can't wait to take delivery tomorrow. Now, I'm browsing ebay for rear spoiler and all weather floor mats.

Hey Mark! I'll take the V6 for sure. It's so funny though, those saleman and their manager keep pushing me to the V8. When I look at their inventory records, and I know exactly why. The V8 was sitting in their lot since Jan/05/05.

OTD at $28,635 I assume means including taxes, tag, title fees. The invoice on that vehicle is about $28,950. Excluding the taxes and fees that means you got the vehicle for about $26,800. That's 2 grand under the invoice......What dealer did you use in Orlando? I need to make a trip to Orlando.....

Hi! The price they gave me was $26,247 Plus TAX, TAG, TILTE & DEALER FEE. Total OTD is $28,635.XX
Dealer fee: $399 after two hundred bucks discount.
New tag and tilte run between $200-$250
The rest is TAX @ 6.5%

The best in town is Toyota of Orlando, then Central Florida Toyota. If you really need my quotes as a proof of negotiation, and can fax it to you.

That certainly is a great deal for the great truck.

Ok...now that I've stopped kicking myself.....We bought a 4 Runner last week at which I thought was a great deal. $400 under invoice.....Now, it does not look like it was such a great deal. I did my homework on the internet and also priced the vehicle at 3 other dealers. What did I miss? I realize that the dealer gets 2% back from Toyota but how can they make money on the deal when they sold the vehicle for so much under invoice?Any help in understanding how this is accomplished would be appreciated as we will be buying another vehicle soon. I will be checking out the above dealer in Orlando.

I don't know what else you missed Duckky. I took delivery my vehicle yesterday, the whole process was quick and easy. I told the sale manager that if I'd wait for a few more weeks, then I could have the same vehicle for lesser money from Orlando Toyota. He said:" If he has the vehicle I wanted sitting on his lot, instead of transfered from Precision Toyota in Tampa, then he will make it out for $28 K even. However, I think I'm happy with the final number @ $28,635.18. So next time try harder in your area or come down here to Orlando. Good kuck
Oh! BTW, they also threw in a CARGO NEST for free. Thanks again Central Florida Toyota.
