Took a few days to get some insurance confusion sorted out but my T4R is finally in the shop. The initial estimate So far is for $5k in damage but they expect that there will be a pretty big supplement once they get some of the damaged area's removed so they can see what else may be impacted. The LCA mounts did get bent but the shop is pretty confident that they can get it straightened out. They will also have to replace my Camburg UCA, and one of my OW coil-overs. I'm going to go down to the shop early next week and have the guy go over everything they have found so far. The good news is that the shop thinks they can work out getting most of the price of an ARB bull bar out of the deal so something positive may come out of this.
The were telling me that one of my rocker panels got bent and that metal piece alone is $700.
My insurance company has me in a new Dodge Durango. It's pretty sweet but the thing is so low to the ground it hardly deserves to be called an SUV. It also has only a 3.7L V6 in it so it's seriously gutless. I'm afraid that if my truck is in the shop too long I may end up having to start moding my rental.
