Today we drove out to the Fremont Toyota dealer to price out a 07 Camry for some relatives. My friends father (Demi Chavez) is in the sales dept there.
We test drove the LE V6 and SE V6, both were nice cars. Walked the back expansion lot area to look at the fleet they had available. After looking at many Camry's, they settled on a 07 Camry LE V6 but the color they wanted (Metallic Charcoal) was not in there inventory. So Demi went and did a search for that car, he found it at another dealer and told us he could have it by tomorrow and delivered to us by 3pm.
I also took a peek at the all the T4R they had on that lot, I found a nice 07 T4R SE with Nav Loaded. They also had a nice selection of T4R V6's and V8's in all colors.
If I did not already pre-order my 07 T4R SE from my broker friend I would have bought it here.
Demi was great to work with, he is funny and friendly.
We ended up purchasing the car and Demi is personally delivering it to SF for us tomorrow.
While there Demi and the Dealers Asst Manager told me that once there expansion is done they will be the largest Toyota dealership on the west coast. So right now there CSI rating is very important to there expansion so they are ready to deal.
Overall it did not take long to pick and buy the car, we got there at 6pm and left at 9pm.
