Well, thanks for all the feedback guys. I've decided on something smaller to carry and more importantly conceal, a glock 26 9mm. For now, keeping it in an old computer case I had lying around, it has locks on the front and the side. Looking around for a better lockable gun case.
My wife could rack it relatively easy so I could pass it on to her when I get another pistolIt really is an expensive addicition! And ammo is really hard to come by!

You ever have problems with Jams? I think one of my mags is bad, which name brand mags do you recommend?

By less predictable, I assume you mean that there is no "constant pressure feel" of the trigger as the slack is taken up and the gun fires? This gives the sensation that the Glock trigger is sloppy, but the gun will fire at precisely the same point every single time.
To remedy this try a combination of a New York Trigger Spring (Olive) and a 3.5# Connector (-). The resulting poundage will remain virtually the same, but you will get that constant tension that you desire.
Standard Trigger Pull = 5.5
3.5# Connector + Factory Coil Spring = 3.5
NY Trigger Spring + Standard Connector = 8
NY Trigger Spring + 3.5# Connector = 6

I have a couple Sig's and can't even tell you how many rounds I have fired through them.....thousands. Never one jam. I use the Sig mag's.
I'm hitting the range tomorrow!

My M&Ps have never jammed either. Well, except when empty shells were loaded (mixed with live rounds). This is a great practice to know what to do WHEN you gun does jam.

I think it's one of the Mags. I haven't done the process of elimination test but i'm pretty sure its the mag.

Clean them up and number them so you can track the issue.

Numbering your mags is very good advice. Mags do wear out. When they do, toss them.

What is going to happen to the 2nd Amendment? I haven't head a single person talking about sending the government door to door to confiscate our guns.
Owned a g19. Great gun. Current carry is FNH FNP9 and I really like it. A little bigger than the g19 but I highly recommend it for the money. 480ish when i bought it plus FFL 35 and shipping 20. It came with nice box two mags and lock. Also, since its less expensive, you tend to every day use it more than you would something really nice. If youre looking for match grade barrel and high dollar stuff then I'd recommend listen to some of the other guys.

The 2nd Amendment says "shall not be infringed." I live in a state that has an Assault Weapons Ban. In my mind, that certainly does infringe on my rights, and a nationwide ban would infringe on the rights of many more citizens.
Really? What state is that? So because you can't buy an "AR-15" your panties are all in a bundle and you feel you are being "infringed?"
What have you done prior to the Newtown shooting to protest the loss of your rights? You know what I thing; I bet you are just fine! My point to this is that some of us really need to get a grip...
