Handgun mounting solution without drilling into center console

I can only imagine how many ways a DA could smear you and make it sound like you were a paranoid maniac for mounting a gun like that. For the same reason people dont use full auto's or suppressors in self defense situations I wouldnt want to be the defendant in court while pictures of my gun setup like this were shown to the jurors. It would be easily argued that you were looking for a fight.


I agree with others, best to carry strong side and 3 o'clock and practice, practice, practice.

I reload and shoot at least 5000 9mm a year to stay up to task with my HK USPc 9.

I'm in the same camp. Why worry about being separated from the only thing protecting you from the baddies? I'd recommend just getting a comfortable holster and learning to carry while sitting down.

Amazing how quickly a well fitting IWB holster -- and living in a CCW-friendly state -- will result in quite comfortable carry.
