Procomp 7069 with 4 inch backspacing fits perfectly. Plenty of room for the brakes and a-arms.
This is with 285-75-16 tires.
Note I do have Total Chaos UCAs so that might make a slight difference, but I think the factory ones would fit just fine too...

Part of the original data in this post, indicated the factory rims can work, if material is taken off of the back of them. Does the brake caliper provide enough material to allow for some removal on it?

Those are commonly called "split three spoke" wheels. Won't work.
Thanks Jeremy. Is this the case with the 199mm as well or just 231? I guess it doesn't really matter as if I am going to do it I am going to do the 231. But now I need to buy different rims. Ugh.
Don't give up hope just yet. I plan on doing this one in the next few weeks and am going to take off material until it clears.
This write-up shows where to grind it pretty well:

1) I ended up having to buy new (shorter) bolts to hold the calipers on. I haven't seen it mentioned much on here, but oddly enough the 4runner bolts seem too long for the tundra calipers. On comparison the 4 runner caliper is about 1/16th thicker (just at the mounting position) than the tundra. unfortunately I already returned my cores so i cant grab a picture. Maybe somebody in the middle of the upgrade can provide picture proof?
The stock bolts probably would've worked, but i didn't like the idea of having to torque them down so hard and having a bunch of extra thread coming out the other side. I still have them on hand though...in case i am a doofus and made some mistake.
