Help Lower A-Arm Energy Suspension 8.3132 replacement

I have been all over the forum, and many other looking for links to the replacement using these bushings Energy Supsension 8.3132R and for the life of me i can only find the removal of old bushings and stock or Whiteline replacement. These are the LCA bushings for the 2002 per Energy Suspension, Toytec and the other sites I have looked up. When they arrived I opened them and can only deduce they need to be pressed into each other from both sides of the Arm after the factory sleeve has been placed on the new larger side of the bushing. I could really use a picture heavy post or even video as noone seems to have shown how to use these.

You must remove your stock LCA bushings.

Then heat the rubber off the inside sleeve of the bushings and reuse the stock bushing sleeve. You press the ES bushings over the sleeves and press those into your LCA's.

Here is a picture of the stock LCA bushings sleeve. I still needed to remove some material for it to fit. 2nd photo is of me pushing the bushing out (disclaimer others have had the LCA bend pressing it out the way I did it). 3rd is me pressing the bushing back into the arm.

Thank you, i wish my directions from ES looked like this. So upon further inspection the kit they provide actually comes with Upper and Lower bushings. I had been racking my brain as to how this all fit together. now it makes total sense. thanks for all the help.
