Help me! Lift questions.....

Hello yall. So heres the deal.... I have a 2014 Toyota 4Runner Trail Edition Premium (TEP). I wanna put on a lift. Dont wanna do anything excessive. I do mild offroading rarely. looking to put the following on.

- bilstein 6112 front coilovers w/ springs (just have to add my top mount plate) and wanna have it ready for 2.5" lift. May also buy the Toytec 1/2" spacers to get 3" lift to clear the 285/70/17 tires. Will my lift set at only 2.5" clear the 285's? if so, then thats all i will do.

-Toytec front diff drop

-SPC upper control arms

-Bilstein 5100 rear shocks

- which rear springs should i use? i dont want it stiff at all. as far as load, that will be rare. my t4r is mainly a daily driver.
i dont mind a little rake but not alot. i would like to maintain as good ride as possible.
what other rear suspension parts will i need? do i need a adjustable panhard/track bar? extended rear brake lines? which bumpstops should i get if needed that are not too expensive but get job done if needed?

Without aftermarket UCA's and some slight trimming you're probably going to rub even with 2.5" or 3" lift. I have a 3" toytec lift with total chaos UCA's with 285's and I still had to trim. Only rubbed full lock in reverse. Some people get lucky just depends.

I ran 285s on my stock wheels without a lift for about a week and only rubbed in reverse at full lock. I have 2.5" lift and it clears just fine no rubbing at all. every vehicle seems to be different, just like with alignments and tire type

what do you have to trim? what areas? any pics? i will be using UCA's. they are spc light racing

I don't have any pictures on hand. It's in your inner wheel well. It's thin plastic easily can be shaved down or cut. Backspacing definitely plays a part, I believe stock wheels are around 4-4.2? I think. 17x8 -10mm offset with 4.1" backspacing (countersteer type x) is what I use which are designed for yotas and still some rub. If you're looking at more aggressive tires as well expect more.

You don't need the front diff drop, adjustable track bar, bumpstops or extended brake lines. None of that.

SAW rear coils are nice- the ride is great. They advertise 1.5" lift but it's closer to two. I have them and love them. Check out my build thread for pics.
 
so ok, what should i use for the rear lift coil? something that rides good but doesnt rake too badly?
