Help plz...turning signals

Just brought a 1994 toyota 4runner 4x4 and it doesnt have turn signals. Started with fuse-check, flasher-check, new turning/dimmer stalk-check, the truck has hazards but no turning signals?? Help plz

What are you using to check the circuit? Do any of the other lights work?

I would start with verifying voltage at each major component and checking for continuity at the wires. You should be able to get a wiring diagram to check inputs and outputs at the switches and relays.

A test light....checked fuses in panel & under hood. Yes have every other light except signals.
