Help SR5 Prem, w/3 Row or 2014 Demo Dilemma!

First I want to say thanks for all the help this forum has been in researching 4Runners! Here's my delimma: I am trying to find a dark (Black or Grey) 2015 SR5 Premium w/3rd row but they're rare in PA. (Toyota.com won't let you add 3rd row as an option here but you can 20 mins away in NJ) (which thanks to this forum I learned is in a different region). No sign of one on autotrader. Trying to figure out if they will eventually get more plentiful (and I could email dealers) or am I after something strangely rare? Any thoughts? The delimma part is that, in the process, I came across a demo SR5 Premium 4WD (Grey) with 5K miles. If I were to give up the 3rd row idea I'd go for the demo as I intend to keep it for years so model year isn't too important. Dealer looking for 36K as an opening quote. Can you guys give me a reasonable price to throw out for this situation - (I was thinking if it's cheap enough I could get over not having the 3rd row!) Thanks very much for any advice.

Regarding pricing... every region is different, maybe someone close to you can jump in. Are you trading? That'll come into play as much as what they say they are selling you the 4Runner for. Thanks Shawk00. I didn't know about cars.com but will try it. I'm actually not doing a trade so it's a straight forward offer. As time goes by I'm thinking I'll just sit tight and keep looking for what I wanted (with the 3rd row). Thanks again for your help.

Why do you want the 3d row? It's been controversial as to it's usefulness except as seating for little people.

If you feel you NEED it, then do not compromise.

As to getting info from this forum, you'd be better off in the 5th Gen section.

If you routinely need to seat two people that are 3 feet tall or less in non-climate-controlled greenhouse over the relaxing, smooth, non-nausea-inducing bouncy ride of the real axle... then by all means get a 3rd row seat.

It's a purely American viewpoint that you really NEED to haul as much human cargo in one car as possible.

If you want usable 3rd rows, get a minivan.

ditto from above. if you really need a 3rd row constantly get a mini-van or a sequoia or something way bigger than a 4runner.

but that's only 1 person's opinion and its biased as hell since I would never get a 3rd row.

and to add, 36k for a used 5k demo SR5, pfft. for that price you could get a new one, just really depends on what dealer is willing to haggle.

I see on avg 39k for a TE

maybe 36k for a SR5 prem. but a base SR5 36k imo is over priced.

SR5p ~ 35-36k
TE ~ 37-38k
TEp ~ 39-40
LE ~ 41-43k

now those prices can jump a lot if you add the most expensive options:

Thanks for the advice. To be honest I don't really think I'll need the third row very often. It's more of an idea that since we have a 5 year old and a 7 year old it could be handy for the kids to be in the back the very rare occasion we need more than 5 seats. Again, I appreciate the feedback. Thanks!

Tell you what, buy a non third row and I'll sell you mine. It's the one option I didn't want but the fiance convince me we'd use it at some point. To be honest I did set it up and sat back there to see what it was like and it's not bad at all and I'm 6'. Getting back there is the trick though.
