HELP! Won't start, but engine turns over

So I was installing my homelink, went to start the 4runner and I won't start.
The radio/fans turn on, but no dash lights.
The engine turns over no problem, but won't start.

I figure I relay, so I put everything back to stock with fuses... No change.

HELP

Do I need to reset the ECU?
A airbag issue or something?

Did you happen to put the wrong fuse in the number 13 slot (interior fuse block)? I had this problem while hardwiring my radar, I was looking at the fuse diagram upside down lol.

Number 13 is your EFI, engine won't start if the right fuse isn't in. That's my only thought.

Yea I said interior fuse block (by the E-brake).

Like I said, check 13, since I thought 13 was the ACC, I put a 10a in there, turned the key, engine would crank but wouldn't start. It's the engine fuel injection relay, it's located in the mini fuse box. Hope you get it figured out.

I was playing in the interior (by eBrake ) fuse box, and I was playing in the ACC spot.

This is what I see....
I don't see one marked #13 or EFI

I pulled the 10A IGN and the 7.5 ACC, but they are both back in as stock...

The only other thing I did was test with my voltmeter.

By setting, you mean lock and unlock the car with the fob?

Yes to make sure the alarm is off

I just locked and unlocked the car.
No change, same result

Check any and all fuses you pulled with an ohm meter to make sure they are good.

No luck there either....


Thankfully, the mrs is off from work tomorrow and I am working nights, so hopefully the dealership can service it tomorrow.

Vehicles without a smart key system
The indicator light flashes after the key has been removed from the engine switch to indicate that the system is operating.
The indicator light stops flashing after the registered key has been inserted into the engine switch to indicate that the system has been canceled.

Maybe try your other key

It flashes when I open the door
When the key is inserted, it stops flashing and turns off
I take the key out, and the flashing returns

I'm at a loss, one thing I keep thinking about though is that you say the dash lights are not working
