Helppppp - dying, rough idle, throwing codes & dash lights on

Hi guys could some one help me to fix this issue please, I got a 4 runner 3.4 v6 limited 5SR California specs 2001 which I bough last month, my problem starts with check engine and VSC lights on I had an OBD test it shows A/F sensor p1135 & cylinder 4 back fire after that I did the following repairs:
1- spark plugs
2- spark plugs wires
3- Air filter
4- MAF sensor
5- battery
6- removed the filter inside the converters sine the car is in Yemen
Finally I changed A/F sensor & every thing went ok.
After 7 days I bought a bad fuel and after an hour the check engine and VSC light went on agin and the car suddenly stop working then when I turn it on and it start roughly.
I tried to pull the battery negative off to restart the ECU then the lights go off and return back agin I had it checked it agin it shows P0171 system too lean.
The question why the car stop working when the lights go on.
Really guys I need help this issue is driving me Crazy.

What do you mean by this? You put bad fuel in the vehicle?

Dump a bottle of Heet water remover in the gas tank. Just a quick remedy for possible water in the system.

water does not go through injectors like it does a carb, the nozzles on the injectors are much smaller and do not let water pass.

i dont know if adding heat is a good idea. but lets see what others have to say. i could be wrong.

It's always helped me in situations where I got bad gas in my line. I'm sure there's a more analytical answer out there..

I drained the tank from fuel and fill it with new fuel, also bought a fuel cleaner but still have the problem

Fuel pump/ filter. If it's not getting enough fuel. Maybe bad maf (said you check already) not reading the correct amount of air coming in.

I already changed the fuel filter and MAF brand new denso part

Issue

Did u say that you removed catalyst from exhaust ? If so with ob2. Will know this and thro a code -

After removing the Catalik it did not throu any code. I only have P0171 system too lean code.
