Highest Mileage 4th Gen?

I just rolled over 205k miles and guess what? I am replacing the driver side front CV axle. I have done wheel bearings on the passenger side, brakes all around, tires all around and now have to clear my sunroof drains all in the last 20k miles. SO far so good! I am doing the transfer case and differential fluids this weekend when I do the axle.

4th gen 143,000 never had any majir work done, has origanal timming belt??? :trophy:

I have 132,800 to date and runs like day one. also you change it every 15-30,000 miles based on driving conditions

03 SR5 V8 with 171,000 miles. Brakes and rear shocks with timing belt at 91k runs like a top.:driving: Suspension is pretty worn out and will soon have new lifted suspension to replace worn out front and rear springs.

Maybe I missed the others, but this looks like the only 4th gen over 200k? That posted in here anyway. Way too many people posted in this thread that have low mileage trucks. I want to see 200K (miles) or above! Let's hear about 'em!

2003 Sport V8 with 36,000 miles. My 99 had 165,000 and was going strong, so I think I have a few miles left in this one
Arg. Why post here? 36k is ridiculously low, and 165k is low. HIGH MILES people, high miles. Like, don't post unless you have over 200k on your 4th gen.
Cause if it's not over 200k, it's not high baby.
The reason this matters is because the whole point of a thread like this is to read about what owners have done to attain their high mileage, what issues they had, etc. If there are 12 pages of low mileage posts with no information about anything, it's pointless and annoying. So if you have a low mileage truck, Great! Keep it to yourself for now.

Wow, that is great for a V6. I am curious what you have done to it? Do you still have the same timing chain, drive line, distributor? Anyathing really big happen to your vehicle? Also, any words on what you do to have it still running.

I easily forget somethings so you can look through my postings as I've tried to keep them updated - here are some notes from the top of my head:
-change the oil every 5k with whatever 5w30 oil is on sale at advanced auto. I had an oil analysis done a short while ago and the oil has always looked great - uses no oil
-changed rear bearings - most expensive job, around $1200
-changed something with the front axle - about $200, don't remember exactly what it was
-worse thing about the 4runner is the rotors and break pads in my opinion
-one of the catalytic converters shortly after 200k - cost my about $260 which I thought was great. The shop I had this work done at used a converter that also fits a 2002 model if I remember correctly which is why I saved money I believe
-various bulbs in AC instrument panel - easily changed myself
