houston, think we have a problem. need your input guys.

I'm also curious as to why my front end is 4" of lift. I know it's on 2nd perch but everyone here gets 3" or little over.

What spacer should I add? Front or back ?

Do this first.

So I called toytec. Spoke to mike. Nice guy. Anyways, he said that even though one coil is taller then the other they do have a tendency to sag. The driver side that is. Because both coils are same rate. He has toytec boss coilovers up front and superflex in the back. He said when his front was level and he installed the rear coils that it had about a 1/4 driver side lean. So he adjusted the front coilovers. To level side to side lean.

He sais try and switching the coils, but I don't know if it's worth doing that. Because, my measurements are from center hub to my fender. BUT I DON'T HAVE FENDER FLAIRS. Can that be why it seems like my front is 4"? Besides that's, I think I should add a rear coil spacer that is 10mm roughly 1/2 inch. What do you guys think ?

Wouldnt the measurements be different with fender flares ? Anyone got measurements of their truck with fenders or without I'd appreciate

Is anyone having this issue with this set up ? On 2nd perch upfront. Anyone running this set up with 1st perch on tundra 5100

These are part numbers of superflex.O24cbL
024cbR can it be that the 024cbL means left side when standing infront of the truck and facing the grill, which would be the passenger side then

I installed superflex coils and boss coilovers on my neighbors runner we went off the instructions and had the same problem then i had the bright idea of swapping rear coils around, seemed to fix his problem also after adjusting the coilovers.

Just from knowledge in auto books i would say the L/R is from looking at the front of the vehicle. So yes left side would be passenger and right would be driver.

I think I have the coils in wrong. If you say L/R is from looking at the front of the vehicle. In other words the 024CBL ( L for left I assume ) should actually be on the passenger side ( if you are standing in the back of truck facing the trunk ! Yes ? My 024CBL is under the driver side

Can anyone confirm this ? 024CBL is it on passanger side if facing the truck or is it the driver side if sitting in the truck ?

I would drop the 5100s to the first perch so you get closer to 3" of lift up front, 24" hub to fender means 4" of lift (or so).

Then if swapping the rear coils side to side doesn't fix the lean I'd get a trim packer or two and stick them on top of the driver side rear coil rather than buying different coils. Most 4runners lean to the driver side a bit anyways because of the gas tank.

These are tundra 5100 that I have. People say tundra 2nd perch is equal to 1st perch on Tacoma. , little different then Tacoma 5100 if you think I have Tacoma 5100.

I am considering dropping to 1st perch. But I'm getting 24" front center hub to fender. Keep in mind I don't have STOCK FENDER FLARES. Does that make a difference ? As in people who say they got 23.25-23.5" of lift, maybe they have fender flares which make the measurement less ? No ?

Also I havent heard anyone have this problem but me ? I'd really like for toytec to send a new set cuz I feel like I shoulsnt be going through this headache. Maybe they send me COMPLETELY wrong set. By the info on toytec There should be no reason to buy spacer.

I know you have the tundra ones, however you don't like the stance right now because it is level front to back and slightly uneven side to side, correct?

To solve the problem you could drop the fronts to the first perch and get some front to back rake, you are definitely over 3" up front. There may be a small difference in height measurement since you don't have flares, but there is no doubt the front end is high.

It seems like you are getting around 4" of rear lift with the super flex coils, so they are lifting as much as advertised. Not sure why you think you got the wrong set. Have you swapped the rear coils side to side yet? I'd do that before condemning the coils.

Only one side is is half inch higher and that is the rear passanger side. Sitting at 24.5.
I was thinking Bout adding OME 10MM rear coil spacer to the left side. But I'm tempted to add 2 ome 10mm spacer to the rear driver side , the saggy side, and one ome 10mm to the lassanger. This should give me some rake in back and level side to side ?

Or add one ome 10mm to rear driver side and have the back side to side level and drop down to bottom perch on tundra 5100.

What do you think ? I'm curious if anyone is at 24' up front from center hub to fender without fender flares ?
Do you know how much lift the 2nch perch provides on tundras ??

The trim packers are an option if you want to go that route. You won't have much rake front to back, but there will be some. If it was me, I would drop the tundra 5100s to the first perch and add a trim packer to the driver side rear, or swap coils side to side before buying the trim packer.

I have measured my truck with and without fender flares. From the Lift Sticky and my own experience, 3" of lift should equal about 23" hub to fender regardless of fender flares (they don't really come below the fender edge, just stick out).

I don't know how much lift the 2nd perch provides on the tundras, but my understanding is those eibach coils should give 3" lift on the bottom perch.

I cranked my coilovers up about an inch from what Toytec sent them at (3") and was at 24" hub to fender, but I dropped them back down a bit.

good info sir I appreciate your time.

24" = 4" lift ?, which is bad ... To much ?

How much is to much for the back without loosing quality ?

Is 25" in back to much ?

Can anyone confirm 1st perch tundra 5100 with eibach how much lift. My goal isto be 3" it's a bit confusing because many people said 2nd perch equals to 1st perch tacoma
