I sold my first 4Runner last year and I've been desperate to get into another one, preferably supercharged. I found this guy nearby but the price may be a bit steep, figured I'd ask the experts (you guys) for your opinions.
Hopefully this is the right place to post this thread. He and I eventually agreed for 12.7k with everything pictured included.
SR5 HIGHLANDER (Sport)
-This trim model was available from 1999 to 2000. It was never officially 'badged' as the highlander, the only place it actually says highlander is on the original window sticker. Most people simply call these Sport 4runners.
-Notable features include the standard Hood Scoop, black or wood grain interior trim pieces, cloth sport seats, color-keyed bumpers, fender flares (black SR5 flares in '99, color-keyed limited flares in '00), roof rack, fog lights,and larger brakes.
-4.30:1 with e-locker.
-Highlander models with the rare combination of 4x4, and E-locker are commonly regarded as the most 'off-road capable' of all 3rd gen 4runners, and are very desirable.

-MAF sensor cleaner (replaced w/ new due to P0171 code) (done 27DEC15)
-Denso ik22 plugs (done 12SEP15)
-Spark plug wires (done 12SEP15)
-SuperCharger nose cone rebuild (done 28AUG15)
-PVC valve & grommet (done 5MAY15)
-Grease zerk fittings (done at 12SEP @ 156k)
-Throttle body cleaning (done 12SEP15)
-Throttle body line tightening (done 12SEP15)
-23300-62030 fuel filter assembly (done 29DEC15)
-5.5 qt 5w30 (done 12SEP15 @ 156k)
-Front diff: GL-5 75w-90 1.2 qt - crush washers (TOY 12157-10010 fill gasket F/R, TOY 90430-24003 drain gasket)
-Rear diff: 2.9 qt (TOY 90341-18006 drain fill plug) (done @158k)
-OEM Outer Tie Rod Ends (done APR16 @158k)
-OEM Lower Ball Joints (done APR16 @158k)
-CVJ axles (upgraded boots) (done APR16 @158k)
-Synthetic oil changes done every 5-6k
-Valve cover gaskets and everything in between @ 173k (were starting to leak)
- New radiator @ 173k (just preventive maintenance, nothing wrong with old one)
