how to make new electric system for power window in hatch of a 90' 4runner

I need to bypass the old factory rear power window electric system in the hatch of my 1990 4runner , the stock power window electric system / sensors are long dead and i need to build new system .. I have the stock switch in front and the motor in back , alot of new wires , two relays. Does someone have a link to a write up how to make now rear power window electric system or a link to a good info about this subject ???
