how to remove fender flairs??

just purchased a 2010 sr5, looking to paint the fender flairs. looks to me like i just need to unscrew the inner bolts and just pull them out from the clips that are holding them. Is this correct?? i dont want to start pulling and brake something, i cant find any screws holding the rear door flairs, do i just pull them out?? also, how do i remove the rocker moldings??

If you are talking about just the fender moldings, they just pull off essentially.

Thanks a lot, ordered same clips on your write up.... 30 of them -_- but if anyones doing this to a sr5, different clips on the bumpers, you MUST disconnect clips from INSIDE of front and rear bumpers
