So, I now own a 1999 4Runner. I was looking for an old Isuzu Trooper. I've had lots of fun in Troopers. Anyway, my brother offered up a wrecked 4Runner with v6, 4x4, 5sp, all power, leather interior, new clutch, timing belt, water pump, seals, tune up, all that maintenance stuff. (Did I mention he's also a Lexus Master Tech?) For $1900. I just bought it to take into the woods, but I like it so much it's replacing my Ranger for my DD. I don't plan on going crazy with it since I'll be driving it every day. Just a little lift, some wheels and tires. I didn't put that much work into making it perfect, I figured it was going to get beat up anyway. The panels don't perfectly line up, the quarter is wrinkled with some pop rivets to fill the puller holes I bought my front bumper from the jy for $5 because the corner was pushed in and sprayed it with Rustoleum Semi-Gloss. Now I'm just waiting to get the tittle from my nephew so I can tag and drive it.
