Measurements!!!!

Rear is 39.5 inches ( i do not have a before)

Front is 37.5 inches ( also do not have before)

So as you can see my truck still has a rake to it, which i do not mind because its a hell of a lot better than a saggy rear end on some 2nd gens and im a hot rod guy so i love the rake look on my chevelle and also really liked it on my runner and im still kinda glad i have it

These measurements were taken from the ground along the center line of the hub to the middle of the wheel well lip.

showing cornfed pride, i took of the corncob part of the sticker for two reasons, 1 i didnt like it and 2 i live in brentwood, california largest supplier of corn and corn is a hometown thing her with the cornfest everyyear and let me tell you our corn is dang good!!! so i thought it would be cheesy to leave it for that reason

You should get a sticker that says, " Corny Driver"

I should get one that says "I tell lame jokes".

With full time 4WD, you don't want to drive on a small spare tire very long, if at all. The different tires will move the drive shafts at different speeds, not good for the diff.

With the part-time V6, you can put the small spare on the front, used 2wd, and not worry about your front diff. it won't be engaged.

Stock springs with a spacer.

I don't think spacers will affect the rear ride, but the front will be stiffer.

Awesome looking rig man, mine is same color sport, so gives me a good idea what mine can look like. Can you do me a favor, measure from the side ground and see how high the roof rack is in inches? I am wondering if I did this same setup if it would fit in my garage? so this would be a big help. Thanks.

I have a v8, and i am cursed with full time 4wd. I dont have the option of 2wd. If i would of known this i would of bought a v6.

I heard that it is bad for the transfercase.

If you upsize to 265/270/17 the spare tire will still fit underneath. True, if you do want the 285's your spare will not fit underneath but then you will have rubbing...

Sometimes this Board is like the Sneetches. Some want star bellies and some don't. Heck, I chose the Sport Edition to have better handling and I never thought I would do any extreme suspension upgrade. I figured at most maybe spacers.

But even I have decided to upgrade to coil overs and SCRAP the XREAS system. But I don't have any regrets. I like the charcoal interior, the telescopic steering wheel, the wheels and of course the hood scoop.

Enjoy the V-8, put on 270's with the spacers and it'll look great. Even better, the spare will fit underneath and you won't have any rubbing.

Its ok. I bought my 05 used. It had 120 miles on it, and was driven off the lot, the people had trouble with financing, and it was returned. I orginally walked in to get a sr5 4x4 v6, and walked out with the an 05 sport model 4x4 since it was cheaper. I guess i cant do burnouts like my younger days, that why i am cursed. : )

i did not know much about 4runners when i bought them. I always wanted one, but never thought i could afford it. I have had a few Tacoma's and a Double Cab Tundra, all of them lifted. I want to do the same and Josh did since i like the look with the bigger tires. Rubbing dont bother me, i just turn up the radio : )

Perfect purchase. You walk-in for SR5 and walk-out with SE, but most excited that you paid less and it's only had 120 miles. Congratulations!!!
