It depends on how you lifted your 4runner. If you just put in taller springs that increased the ride height, you would want the 3.5 bumps. If you also installed longer shocks that don't compress as much as the stock shocks you will need the 5.25 bumps.

I installed the OME 861 springs and Bilstein 5100 shocks. Probably will go with the 5.25 bumps.
If the Bilstien shocks are for a 3rd gen 4runner you will want to use the 3.5" bumps. If the shocks are for a Tundra then yes, get the 5.25 bumps.
That's for the 1999-2006 Tundra. the ones for the 4Runner are for 0 - 2" of lift only
Did you replace the front or rear factory bump on the LCA? There should be plenty of room to put them on the rear, which is where they are supposed to go.
