Just went through trying to get a damn switch from Toyota from a non US sold truck and let me tell you that you would have better luck talking a nun out of her virginity than dealing with Toyota. They are sooooo worried about safety, understandably so I guess, that they seem paralyzed by bureaucracy. :bash:

Are you dealing with Toyota Distribution or a dealership?
The stupid is strong with dealers. Even if you say, "Hi, I'd like to pay list (or 20% over list in VA) for part #....-......."
In the same breath they have the gall to ask you where you get the TSB printouts. Why don't they just say "Welcome to Toyota. You're stupid." They're getting to be as bad as Mercedes, VW, and BMW.

You can probably order that through Hino, since delivering chassis' is more their line of business. Toyota proper is more like "love what we give you, our research committee has decided this is what the average of a million yous loves."
You're going to have issues with the Japanese being ... Japanese. It's not their fault, it's just how they are, especially once they get older.
