ICON Stage 2 Install

Newbie installer here, installed the Stage 2 and got finished last night but.......

The ABS line on the passenger side is really tight if I use the ICON bracket that attaches to the UCA, driver side is fine. So for now I have the ABS line zip tied to the UCA in order to give enough "give" in the line and the bracket is not bolted in place.

Called ICON, never heard of such an issue.

So.... I'm asking the experts here for a diagnosis. ( Not just operator error.... Ha!).

I know- post pics and I will but Im at work now so pics will have to wait until this afternoon.

Mull it over and hopefully my pics will provide enough information to help with any assistance you all can provide.

Ok, got some pics. First few are of driver side- what I believe to be correct installation. Last few show ABS line zip tied to bracket to UCA- not correct installation. I tried putting the passenger side bracket like the drivers side but the ABS line seemed too tight- no give and I wanted to have enough give for the ABS line. Kinda stumped here.

Check out the pics of mine, doesn’t seem to be any different than yours. The only difference I can notice is that your coils are set higher than mine; allowing for higher set UCA’s, NOT allowing the distance needed for the ABS line to have the ’slack’. I could be wrong. But I didn’t have an issue connecting the lines on my FJ either, and I’m running the Billet UCA’s which are bigger and the mounting tab is in the same spot, lines the same length, although they do use a bolt-in instead of a stud-on like the Tubulars.

Thanks, It just felt like there wasn't enough slack for ABS line but it should- just wanted to ask on this forum first- lots of second guessing for the first install. Like your Pro- nice set up BTW.

+1 ^^^^ loosen the clamps and move it up.
