Idle Problem

I have a 95 4x4 3.0 auto. Ok this is a weird problem when i first start my truck and put it in drive drive a bit then stop my rpms fluctuate and it seems like the truck keeps trying to jump forward but goes away after the truck warms up. Does anyone know whats going on Oh yeah and my check engine light is on

Check for vacuum leaks at the throttle body/manifold. Dirty, gummed up throttle body/intake. Idle air control valve, cold start injector.
