Just quick update to the thread. Just noticed the drivers seat where you get in and out has started to tear. Thats only 4 months in. They dont hold up that well. I know my lift, my fat ass, and how much I drive didnt help. Also where it tore is where the seat foam is missing. Will post a pic later.


So my seats where pretty bad as you can see from pictures. They where $179 shipped on eBay. Took a week to make and 3 days to ship. They require you to send picture of seats before they make them. Over all so far they seem high quality and fit awesome. Color little brighter than I wanted. Kind of wish I went with black.

I've had these in my watch list on ebay for a long time. I have a set of Wet Okole now, but thinking about snagging some of these. [MENTION=50342]JayRolla[/MENTION] - did you address the missing foam on the outer edge of the driver side at all? I put a piece of foam under my cover to fill the gap, but over time it has developed a hole there.

Yes they have a little padding which I can feel when sitting on them but not much.

I filled it in for now with a rag but like you said without it being really filled in I could see them developing a hole moving in and out of the seat. Its even worse when lifted as you seem to hit that spot a lot more. I am actually taking my time getting in the seat right now to avoid wearing that spot out but after awhile there is nothing you can do.

Somebody recently posted a part number for the OEM cushion, but I can't find it now. I've also read that the passenger side is the same and can be used for the driver side - thought about looking for one in a salvage yard to replace mine.

Yes OEM sells them. If I remember right they are $200+ for just one cushion. Not really cost effective in my mind. Every salvage yard one I found where just as bad as mine.

The big question for me is how are these seats in hot weather? I hate sitting on vinyl seats when it's hot as hell. I don't know if this material is any better.

Per Iggee the material acts just like leather. If you dont like leather, you wont like these.

Ouch. Even passenger side? I've seen several 3rd gen passenger seats that were still in very good shape.

I absolutely love my leather truck seats—they just look like total crap. But I don't want to switch from leather (or something that looks and feels like it) so I havn't bothered with the Wet Okle type.

Im with you man, I hate all the canvas, nylon, rubber, or whatever materials al those other company use. Im a leather fan and synthetic leather usually not so bad. Feels like a stock regular seat.

That looks good.

Like others I've had my eye on them for some time. Rather actually just get new skins and recover correctly but for the price of these this isn't a bad alternative.

How well do these covers stay in the right position on the seat? Do all the lines still line up if you slide into the seat?
I'm only afraid of them getting misaligned and discombobulated when I get in.

If you look at my photos I added, they are after few weeks. I have not touched them since install. They fit real snug, you cant tell they are covers getting in or out. Like I said everyone thinks I had them wrapped or replaced.
