Independent fog light mod troubleshooting help

Last week I installed a set of Acme LEDs in my fog lights, and they look awesome. So I decide that I would finally do the independent fog light mod.

I followed the guide [MENTION=65614]Antman[/MENTION] wrote and didn't deviate from the instructions at all, other than having to use add a fuses that have two 10A fuses rather than the 15 A.

When I was done installing everything I tested it and found that the dogs wouldn't turn on at all. I can hear the relay switching when I turn the switch, and I used a multimeter to determine that 12V is in fact going to the white and silver wire when I turn the switch.

Can you guys give me any help as to what I should be looking for?

Well, I figure it out on my own. For any of you that come across this thread in a search I'll explain what was causing the issue.

Those 3M splice connectors are really nice. However, they seem to have a hard time piercing the insulation of the white and silver wire. I ended up putting a regular t tap on where I wanted the splice, removing it once the insulation was cut, and then putting the 3M splicer back on. I like the security of this splice much more than what the T taps offer.

The fogs look great on their own now, and fogs plus my bixenon high beams and HIR high beams turns everything in front of me into daylight. I'll try to post a pic next time I'm out at night.
